Ordering was quite straight forward but their sizing is wrong. I am a UK size 6 which on every other shoe box is an EU 39 not 40. This meant that the shoes I received were actually a 6.5 not a 6. Although there are measurements to use it is hard to know which measurement it correct - UK sizing, EU sizing or measurement. Fortunately, an insole and small amount of paper in the end did the trick. As returns are not free it naught be better to phone and talk to someone at Pod before ordering.
